  • 1 tsp. to c. ground black pepper
  • 500 grams of chicken (breast, thigh, wings or any other part of chicken)

Spicy fries sauce

  • Canned chipotles (dry chilli, usually of the jalapeƱo variety)
  • 3 c. to s. olive oil
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 half onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. to s. paprika
  • 1 tsp. to c. dill
  • 1 tsp. to c. paprika
  • 1 tsp. to c. salt
  • 500 grams of chicken (breast, thigh, wings or any other part of chicken)

Prepare to marinate

Mince garlic and other fresh ingredients.

It is important to shred fresh ingredients such as garlic, onions, chili and ginger as finely as possible so their flavors are well absorbed through the chicken skin. By doing this, they will cover the entire chicken instead of flavoring a single area.

Mix all ingredients together.
